ലോറീ 1968- ൽ മസാച്യുസെറ്റ്സിലെ ബോസ്റ്റണിലുള്ള പെൺകുട്ടികൾക്കും മാത്രമുള്ള [2] സ്വകാര്യ സ്കൂളായ വിൻസർ സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്ന് ബിരുദം നേടി. 1972-ൽ, ഹാർവാർഡ് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിലെ റാഡ്ക്ലിഫ് കോളേജിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രഥമ സ്ഥാനിയയായി ബിരുദം നേടി, 1976 [3] ൽ ഹാർവാർഡ് മെഡിക്കൽ സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും പ്രഥമ സ്ഥാനത്താണ് മെഡിക്കൽ ബിരുദം നേടിയത്.
ഔദ്യോഗിക ജീവിതം[തിരുത്തുക]
1997-ൽ ബ്രിസ്റ്റോൾ-മിയേഴ്‌സ് സ്ക്വിബിന്റെ ഡയറക്ടർ ബോർഡിൽ ചേർന്ന അവർ 2017-ൽ ബോർഡിൽ നിന്ന് വിരമിച്ചു. 1991 മുതൽ 2011 വരെ, ഹാർവാർഡ് മെഡിക്കൽ സ്കൂളിലെ മെഡിസിൻ പ്രൊഫസറായ ഹാർവാർഡ് സ്കൂൾ ഓഫ് പബ്ലിക് ഹെൽത്തിലെ ഇമ്യൂണോളജി പ്രൊഫസറായ ഐറിൻ ഹെയ്ൻസിന്റെ നാമത്തിലുഌഅ പ്രൊഫസറായിരുന്നു ലോറീ. [8] ക്ലിനിക്കലായി അവൾ ഓസ്റ്റിയോപൊറോസിസിൽ ഒരു സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ്റാണ്. [9] [10]
