ഒരിനം സഞ്ചിമൃഗമാണ് ബിൽബി - Bilby. മുയലിനോടു സമാനമായി നീണ്ട ചെവികളുള്ള ഇവയുടെ പിൻകാലുകൾ വലിപ്പം കൂടിയവയാണ്. ഇവയുടെ നീളമുള്ള വാലുകൾ മൂന്നു നിറത്തിൽ ഇടവിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. മാതൃ ബിൽബിയുടെ ഉദരത്തിൽ 14 ദിവസം മാത്രമാണ് ഇവയുടെ വളർച്ച. ജനിച്ചയുടൻ അമ്മയുടെ സഞ്ചിയിലെത്തി 80 ദിവസം കഴിയുന്നു. ഏഴു വയസ്സുവരെയാണ് ഇവയുടെ ആയുസ്സ്. ചെറുജീവികളെയും പ്രാണികളെയും ആഹാരമാക്കുന്ന ഇവ പത്തടി വരെ നീളത്തിൽ മുയലുകളെപ്പോലെ മാളം ഉണ്ടാക്കാറുണ്ട്.
