കൊമേർസ്, അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ കാലിഫോർണിയ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ലോസ് ഏഞ്ചലസ് കൗണ്ടിയിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു നഗരമാണ്. 2000 ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രകാരം 12,568 ആയിരുന്ന ഈ നഗരത്തിലെ ജനസംഖ്യ 2010 ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രകാരം 12,823 ആയി വർദ്ധിച്ചിരുന്നു. പടിഞ്ഞാറ് വെർനോൺ, വടക്കുപടിഞ്ഞാറൻ ഭാഗത്ത് ലോസ് ആഞ്ചലസ്, വടക്കുഭാഗത്ത് കിഴക്കൻ ലോസ് ആഞ്ചലസ്, കിഴക്ക് മൊണ്ടെബെല്ലോ, തെക്കു വശത്തുള്ള ഡൗണി, ബെൽ ഗാർഡൻസ്, തെക്കുപടിഞ്ഞാറ് മേയ്‍വുഡ് എന്നിവയാണ് ഈ നഗരത്തിൻറ അതിർത്തികൾ.
