മലയാള ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ച ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ ചലച്ചിത്ര നടനായിരുന്നു അനിൽ നെടുമങ്ങാട് (പി. അനിൽ എന്നും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. 30 മെയ് 1972 - 25 ഡിസംബർ 2020). തസ്കരവീരൻ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ അദ്ദേഹം സിനിമാഭിനയത്തിലേക്കു കടന്നു വന്നു.[1] രാജീവ് രവി സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത 2014-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഞാൻ സ്റ്റീവ് ലോപസ് എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം ശ്രദ്ധേയമായത്.[2][3][4][5] അയ്യപ്പനും കോശിയും, കമ്മട്ടിപ്പാടം, കിസ്മത്ത്, പാവാട, പൊറിഞ്ചു മറിയം ജോസ് എന്നിവയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജനപ്രിയമായ മറ്റ് സിനിമകൾ.[6][7][8][9]

മുൻകാല ജീവിതം[തിരുത്തുക]

വിരമിച്ച അധ്യാപകനായ സി. പീതാംബരൻ നായരുടെ മകനായി കേരളത്തിലെ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ നെടുമങ്ങാട്ടിലാണ് അനിൽ ജനിച്ചത്. മഞ്ച സ്കൂൾ, എം‌ജി കോളേജ് (ബി‌എ മലയാളം), തൃശ്ശൂരിലെ സ്കൂൾ ഓഫ് ഡ്രാമ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം.[10][11][12] ടിവി ചാനലുകളായ കൈരളി, ഏഷ്യാനെറ്റ്, ജയ്ഹിന്ദ്, റിപ്പോർട്ടർ , കൈരളി ന്യൂസ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ അവതാരകനായും പ്രോഗ്രാം പ്രൊഡ്യൂസർ എന്നീ നിലകളിലും അദ്ദേഹം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു.[13][14][15]

മരണം[തിരുത്തുക]

2020 ഡിസംബർ 25 ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്ക് ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയിലെ തൊടുപുഴയ്ക്കടുത്ത് മുട്ടത്ത് മലങ്കര അണക്കെട്ടിൽ കുളിക്കാനിറങ്ങിയ അനിൽ മുങ്ങി മരിച്ചു. ഒപ്പമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾ നാട്ടുകാരെ വിവരം അറിയിച്ച് അനിലിനെ കരയ്ക്കെത്തിച്ചു. ഉടൻ തന്നെ തൊടുപുഴയിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും മരിച്ചു. വെള്ളത്തിൽ വീണ് എട്ടു മിനിട്ടിനുള്ളിൽ കരയ്ക്കെത്തിനായെങ്കിലും ജീവൻ രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല. തൊടുപുഴയിൽ ജോജു ജോർജ് നായകനായ സിനിമയുടെ ഷൂട്ടിംഗിനായാണ് അനിൽ തൊടുപുഴയിൽ എത്തിയത്. കെ സൻഫീർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന പീസ് എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ പൊലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ വേഷമായിരുന്നു അനിൽ ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്.[16][17][18][19][20][21][22]
