ഷഹ്രം അമീരി
ആണവരഹസ്യങ്ങൾ അമേരിക്കയ്ക്ക് ചോർത്തികൊടുത്തുവെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് ഇറാനിയൻ ഭരണകൂടം തൂക്കിക്കൊന്ന ആണവ ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനാണ് ഷഹ്രം അമീരി (8 നവം : 1977 – 3 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 2016)[1][2]
അജ്ഞാതവാസം[തിരുത്തുക]
സൗദിഅറേബ്യയിൽ ഉമ്ര അനുഷ്ഠാനത്തിനു പോയ അമീരിയെ കാണാതാവുകയായിരുന്നു.[3] അമീരിയുടെ തിരോധാനത്തിനു പിന്നിൽ അമേരിക്കയാണെന്നും കടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയി ആണവ രഹസ്യങ്ങൾ ചോർത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന ഇറാൻ ഭരണകൂടത്തിന്റെ ആരോപണങ്ങൾ അമേരിക്ക തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞു.[4][5] അമീരിയുടെ സ്വകാര്യ താത്പര്യങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടാണ് അമേരിക്കയിൽ തങ്ങുന്നതെന്ന് അമേരിക്ക പ്രതികരിച്ചു.
തിരിച്ചുവരവ്[തിരുത്തുക]
2010 ജൂലൈ 14 നു അമീരി തുർക്കി വഴി ഇറാനിലെത്തി.2011 തടവിലാക്കപ്പെട്ട അമീരിയുടെ അപ്പീൽ സുപ്രീം കോടതി തള്ളിയതിനെതുടർന്ന് വധശിക്ഷയ്ക്കു വിധേയനാക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
