അമേരിക്കൻ ജേണൽ ഓഫ് നഴ്സിംഗ് (AJN [1] ) 1900-ൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായ പ്രതിമാസ പിയർ-റിവ്യൂഡ് നഴ്സിംഗ് ജേണലാണ് . 2021ൽ മൗറീൻ ഷോൺ കെന്നഡി ആയിരുന്നു ചീഫ് എഡിറ്റർ [1] ലിപ്പിൻകോട്ട് വില്യംസും വിൽക്കിൻസും ആണ് ഇത് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്. 2009-ൽ സ്പെഷ്യൽ ലൈബ്രറി അസോസിയേഷന്റെ ബയോമെഡിക്കൽ ആൻഡ് ലൈഫ് സയൻസസ് വിഭാഗം "കഴിഞ്ഞ 100 വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ബയോളജിയിലും മെഡിസിനിലും ഏറ്റവും സ്വാധീനിച്ച 100 ജേണലുകളിൽ" ഒന്നായി ജേണലിനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു. അമേരിക്കൻ ജേണൽ ഓഫ് നഴ്സിംഗ് അതിന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ജേണലായി 1900-ൽ യുണൈറ്റഡ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ്‌സിലെ അസോസിയേറ്റഡ് അലൂമ്‌നേ ഓഫ് ട്രെയിൻഡ് നഴ്‌സസ് സ്ഥാപിച്ചു, അത് പിന്നീട് അമേരിക്കൻ നഴ്‌സസ് അസോസിയേഷൻ (ANA) ആയി മാറി.
