3.ആംഗലേയ നാമം ഓർപിമെന്റ് (Orpiment) കഥകളിയിൽ മുഖത്തെഴുത്തിനുള്ള (ചുട്ടികുത്തൽ) ചായമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. മനയോല പൊടിച്ച് വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയിൽ ചാലിക്കുമ്പോൾ മഞ്ഞ ചായം ലഭിക്കുന്നു.ഇതിലേക്ക് കട്ടി നീലം പൊടിച്ച് ചേർക്കുമ്പോൾ പച്ച നിറം കിട്ടും.
