I'm from Tamil Wiki and I'm here mostly for interwiki work. Although I can not read, write, or speak Malayalam, I think I can understand some 50%, when someone speaks to me a bit slowly. This is mostly because I understand Tamil quite well and have a fair understanding of Sanskrit (not its grammar but words and expressions). Some of my best friends are Malayalis and I am interested in Malayalam language. I greatly admire the progress Malayalam Wiki had made and is making.
