ഹെൻറി അൽഡ്രീക്ക്
ഹെൻറി അൽഡ്രീക്ക് (1647 - 14 ഡിസംബർ 1710) ഒരു ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ദൈവശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനും തത്ത്വചിന്തകനും എഴുത്തുകാരനുമായിരുന്നു.

ഡോ. റിച്ചാർഡ് ബസ്ബിയുടെ കീഴിൽ വെസ്റ്റ്മിൻസ്റ്റർ സ്കൂളിലായിരുന്നു അൽഡ്രീക്കിന്റെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം. 1662-ൽ ഓക്സ്ഫോർഡിലെ ക്രൈസ്റ്റ് ചർച്ചിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം വൻകരയിലേക്ക് പലായനം ചെയ്ത റോമൻ കത്തോലിക്കനായ ജോൺ മാസിയ്ക്കുശേഷം 1689-ൽ ഡീൻ ആകുകയും ചെയ്തു.[1][2]1692-ൽ അദ്ദേഹം ഓക്സ്ഫോർഡ് സർവകലാശാലയുടെ വൈസ് ചാൻസലറായി.[3]1702-ൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഷ്രോപ്പ്ഷയറിലെ പട്ടണമായ വെമ്മിലെ റെക്ടറായി നിയമിച്ചു. പക്ഷേ ഓക്സ്ഫോർഡിൽ താമസം തുടരുകയും അവിടെ അദ്ദേഹം 1710 ഡിസംബർ 14-ന് അന്തരിച്ചു.[4]സ്വന്തം അഭ്യർത്ഥന മാനിച്ച് സ്മാരകമില്ലാതെ ക്രൈസ്റ്റ് ചർച്ച് കത്തീഡ്രലിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ സംസ്കരിച്ചു.
