അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ[3] ന്യൂയോർക്കിലെ ക്വീൻസ് നഗരത്തിൽ ഒരു ജർമ്മൻ ഐറിഷ് അമ്മയ്ക്കും യൊറുബ നൈജീരിയൻ പിതാവിനും അദുനി ജനിച്ചു.[4]ലാഗോസിലും അമേരിക്കയിലും ആയി അവർ വളർന്നു. ലാഗോസ്, ഓഗൺ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ പ്രാഥമിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നടത്തി. ലാഗോസ് ആസ്ഥാനമായുള്ള അവരുടെ പിതാവ് ഒരു വിജയകരമായ ബിസിനസുകാരൻ കൂടിയാണ്. ഇത് അക്കൗണ്ടിംഗ് പഠിക്കാൻ അവർക്ക് പ്രേരണ ലഭിച്ചു. 2008-ൽ കെന്റക്കി സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് അവർ അക്കൗണ്ടിംഗിൽ ബിരുദം നേടി.[5]

വിനോദ വ്യവസായത്തിലേക്ക് മാറുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് അമേരിക്കയിലെ ഭവന, ഇൻഷുറൻസ് മേഖലകളിൽ അദുന്നി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഫാഷൻ മോഡലിംഗിലേക്ക് കടന്ന അവർ അമേരിക്കാസ് നെക്സ്റ്റ് ടോപ്പ് മോഡൽ എന്ന ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ റിയാലിറ്റി ടെലിവിഷൻ പരമ്പരയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. നൈജീരിയയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിയ ശേഷം 2013-ൽ നോളിവുഡിൽ അവർ ആദ്യമായി അഭിനയിച്ചത് യൊറൂബ ഭാഷാ ചിത്രമായ "യു ഓർ ഐ" എന്ന സിനിമയായിരുന്നു. സൗണ്ട് സുൽത്താൻ, ഐസ് പ്രിൻസ് എന്നിവരുടെ ചില മ്യൂസിക് വീഡിയോകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്, യൊറൂബ ഭാഷകളിലെ മറ്റ് നിരവധി നോളിവുഡ് സിനിമകളിലും അവർ അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.[6][7] നൈജീരിയൻ സംസ്കാരം വളർത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങൾക്ക് നൈജീരിയൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ജേണലിസത്തിൽ നിന്ന് അവർക്ക് സ്റ്റെല്ല അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചു.[8]2017-ൽ അവർ OUD മജസ്റ്റിക്കിന്റെ ബ്രാൻഡ് അംബാസഡറായി.[9]

സ്വകാര്യ ജീവിതം

അദുന്നിക്ക് രണ്ട് ആൺമക്കളുണ്ട്. ഡി മരിയോണും ഐഡനും.[10]അവരുടെ പിതാവുമായി ബന്ധം വേർപെടുത്താൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ള ഒരു തീരുമാനം എടുത്ത ശേഷം അവർ ഒറ്റ രക്ഷകർത്താവായി തുടരുമെന്ന് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി.[11][12][13]
