ഗ്രേറ്റ് സ്ലേവ് തടാകം (French: Grand lac des Esclaves) ഗ്രേറ്റ്ബെയർ തടാകം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ കാനഡയിലെ നോർത്ത് വെസ്റ്റ് ടെറിറ്ററിയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ രണ്ടാമത്തെ തടാകമാണ്. 614 മീറ്റർ (336 ഫാതം, 2,014 അടി)[1] ആഴമുള്ള ഇത് വടക്കേ അമേരിക്കയിലെ ഏറ്റവും ആഴമേറിയ തടാകവും ലോകത്തിലെ പത്താമത്തെ വലിയ തടാകവുമാണ്. 469 കിലോമീറ്റർ (291 മൈൽ) നീളവും 20 മുതൽ 203 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെ (12 മുതൽ 126 മൈൽ) വീതിയുമുള്ളതാണ് ഈ തടാകം. ഈ പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ തെക്കു ഭാഗത്തായി 27,200 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ (10,502 ചതുരശ്ര മൈൽ) പ്രദേശത്തായി ഇതു വ്യാപിച്ചുകിടക്കുന്നു.
