എല്ലാ ടി. ഗ്രാസ്സൊ (ജീവിതകാലം: മെയ് 10, 1919 – ഫെബ്രുവരി 5, 1981) ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയപ്രവർത്തകയും ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് പാർട്ടി അംഗവും കണക്റ്റിക്കട്ടിൻറെ 83 ആമത്തെ ഗവർണ്ണറുമായിരുന്നു. 1975 മുതൽ1980 വരെയുള്ള കാലത്താണ് അവർ ഈ ചുമതല വഹിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ഈ സ്ഥാനത്തേയ്ക്കു തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ആദ്യവനിതയും അതുപോലതന്നെ ഒരു മുൻ ഗവർണ്ണറെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സ്ഥാനത്തെത്തിയ ആദ്യവനിതയുമായിരുന്നു അവർ.
