സോവിയറ്റ്, റഷ്യൻ സംഗീത അവതാരകയാണ്‌ അല്ലാ ബോറിസോവ്ന പുഗചേവ (Russian: Алла Борисовна Пугачёва;or Pugachova, റഷ്യൻ ഉച്ചാരണം: [pʊɡɐˈtɕɵvə]; born 15 April 1949). 1965ലാണ്‌ അവർ തന്റെ കരിയർ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്നും സംഗീത പരിപാടികൾ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു[1][2]. സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയനിൽ ഗായികയെന്ന നിലയിൽ വൻ വിജയമായിരുന്നില്ല പുഗചേവ[3] . എന്നാൽ ജനകീയതിലും റെക്കോർഡ് ആല്ബം വിൽപ്പനയിലും അല്ല പുഗചേവ മുന്നിലായിരുന്നു[4][5] .1980ൽ റഷ്യൻ SFSR ന്റെ മെരിറ്റോറിയസ് ആർട്ടിസ്റ്റായി തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു. 1985ൽ പീപ്പിൾസ് ആർട്ടിസ്റ്റ് ഓഫ് ദ് റഷ്യൻ sfsrഉം 1991ൽ പീപ്പിൾസ് ആർട്ടിസ്റ്റ് ഓഫ് ദ് USSR ആയി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു.1997ൽ യൂറോവിഷൻ സോഗ് കോണ്ടസ്റ്റിൽ റഷ്യയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ചു[6].
