ഓറിയോൺ നക്ഷത്രരാശിയിലെ ഒരു പ്രോട്ടോസ്റ്റാറാണ് V883 ഒറിയോണിസ്. 1952-ൽ ഗില്ലർമോ ഹാരോ നടത്തിയ സർവ്വേയിൽ IC 430 (ഹാരോ 13A), സവിശേഷമായ Hα വസ്തുവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.[3]1350 പ്രകാശവർഷം (414 പാർസെക്) അകലെ ഇത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു,[4]] ഓറിയോൺ നെബുലയുമായി ഇത് ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.[5]
