ഒരു ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് മാധ്യമപ്രവർത്തകനും വാർത്താവതാരകനും എഴുത്തുകാരനുമാണ് മെഹ്ദി ഹസ്സൻ (ജനനം: 1979 ജൂലൈ).[2][3][4] ഷിയാ മുസ്ലീം വിഭാഗക്കാരനായ ഇദ്ദേഹം[5] ഒരു ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഇന്ത്യൻ വംശജൻ കൂടിയാണ്.[6] ദി ഹഫിംഗ്ടൺ പോസ്റ്റ് എന്ന വാർത്താ വെബ്സൈറ്റിന്റെ എഡിറ്ററായ ഇദ്ദേഹം ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് രാഷ്ട്രീയപ്രവർത്തകൻ ഈദ് മിലിബാൻഡിന്റെ ജീവചരിത്രരചനയിൽ പങ്കാളിയുമായി.[7] അൽ ജസീറ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ചാനലിലെ ദ കഫേ, ഹെഡ് ടു ഹെഡ്, അപ്ഫ്രണ്ട്, ദി ഇന്റർസെപ്റ്റ് എന്നീ പരിപാടികൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.[8][9]
