കേരളത്തിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിലെ ഒരു ഗ്രാമമാണ് മീനാങ്കൽ പേപ്പാറ വന്യജീവിസങ്കേതത്തിൽ നിന്ന് 5 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ് ഈ സ്ഥലം.[1]ഉഴമലക്കൽ, വെള്ളനാട്, ആനന്ദ്, കുറ്റിച്ചൽ, വിതുര, തോലിക്കോട് പഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ, തമിഴ്നാട്ടിലെ തിരുനെൽവേലി ജില്ല എന്നിവ അതിർത്തി പങ്കിടുന്നു. നെടുമങ്ങാട് താലൂക്കിലും അരുവിക്കര ലെജിസ്ലേറ്റീവ് അസംബ്ലിയിലും സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു.തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തു നിന്ന് ഏകദേശം 35 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ് ഈ സ്ഥലം.
