ചൈനയിലെ ഗാൻസു പ്രവിശ്യയിലെ ഒരു നഗരമാണ് ലിൻസിയ.(Chinese: 河州; pinyin: Hézhōu; Wade–Giles: Ho-chou), ഹെസൗ എന്ന പേരിലും ഇതറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. പ്രവിശ്യാ തലസ്ഥാനമായ ലാൻ‌ഷൗവിന്റെ തെക്കുപടിഞ്ഞാറായി 150 കിലോമീറ്റർ (93 മൈൽ) (റോഡ് മാർഗം) ഡാക്സിയ നദിയുടെ താഴ്വരയിലാണ് ഇത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത് (മഞ്ഞ നദിയുടെ വലതു കൈവഴിയായി).
