ജമ്മു കശ്മീർ സ്വദേശിയായ രഞ്ജിത്ത് സിങ് നീതയാണ് സംഘടനയുടെ തലവൻ. [1]. ഇന്ത്യ തേടികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന 20 പിടികിട്ടാപുള്ളികളിൽ ഒരാളാണ് ഇദ്ദേഹം. [2]
ഖലിസ്താൻ സിന്ദാബാദ് ഫോഴ്‌സിനെ യൂറോപ്യൻ യൂണിയൻ 2005 ഡിസംബറിൽ ഭീകരവാദ സംഘടനകളുടെ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി തങ്ങളുടെ 25 അംഗരാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായങ്ങൾക്ക് വിലക്കേർപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.[3]. 2008വരെ സംഘടന സജീവമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ.[1]
