കരൺ സിംഗ് (ജനനം: മാർച്ച് 9, 1931) ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയ വ്യക്തിത്വവും മനുഷ്യസ്‌നേഹിയും സർവ്വോപരി ഒരു കവിയുമാണ്.[2] ഡോഗ്ര രാജവംശത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട അദ്ദേഹം മഹാരാജാ ഹരി സിങ്ങിന്റെ പുത്രനാണ്. ദേശീയ തലസ്ഥാന പ്രദേശമായ ദില്ലിയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ച് രാജ്യസഭയിലെ അംഗമായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് പാർട്ടിയിലെ മുതിർന്ന അംഗമായ അദ്ദേഹം ജമ്മു കശ്മീർ പ്രസിഡന്റ് (Sadr-i-Riyasat)[3][4] ഗവർണർ എന്നീ സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ തുടർച്ചയായി സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചിരുന്നു. മുൻ നാട്ടുരാജ്യമായിരുന്ന ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിലെ അവസാന ഭരണാധികാരിയായിരുന്ന മഹാരാജാ ഹരി സിങ്ങിന്റെ മകനാണ് കരൺ സിംഗ്.[5]
