ഗ്ലാസ്സ് ഫ്ളവേഴ്സ് മസാച്യുസെറ്റ്സിലെ കേംബ്രിഡ്ജിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഹാർവാർഡ് മ്യൂസിയത്തിലെ പ്രകൃതിശാസ്ത്രവിഭാഗത്തിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ബ്ലാസ്കയുടെ ജീവനുള്ളതു പോലെ പ്രതീതി ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന സസ്യങ്ങളുടെ ഗ്ലാസ്സ് ബൊട്ടാണിക്കൽ മോഡലുകളുടെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ശേഖരണമാണിത്.[1]
1887മുതൽ 1936 വരെ ലിയോപോൾഡും റുഡോൾഫ് ബ്ലാസ്കയും ചേർന്ന് ജർമ്മനിയിലെ ഡ്രെസ്ഡനരികിലുള്ള ഹോസ്റ്റർ വിഡ്സിലെ സ്റ്റുഡിയോയിൽ സൃഷടിക്കപ്പെട്ടവയാണ്. ഈ ഗ്ലാസ്സ് മോഡലുകൾ. ഹാർവാർഡ് ബൊട്ടാണിക്കൽ മ്യൂസിയത്തിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ ഡയറക്ടർ ആയ ജോർജ്ജ് ലിങ്കൺ ഗൂഡേലിനെയാണ് ഈ ഗ്ലാസ്സ് മോഡലുകളുടെ ചുമതലയേല്പിച്ചിരുന്നത്. മേരി ലീ വേർ, അവരുടെ അമ്മ എലിസബത്ത് സി. വേർ എന്നിവർ ചേർന്നാണ് ഇതിനാവശ്യമായ ധനസഹായം നൽകിയിരുന്നത്.[2] 847 ലൈഫ് സൈസ് മോഡലുകളും (780 ഇനത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടതും 164 കുടുംബത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടതുമായ സസ്യങ്ങൾ) അനാട്ടമി വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട സസ്യങ്ങളിലെ വിവിധഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ 3,000 മോഡലുകളും ശേഖരണത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. 4,400 ഇൻഡിവിഡ്യൽ മോഡലുകളും 830 സസ്യവർഗ്ഗ മോഡലുകളും ശേഖരണത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
