ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഒരു ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കാണ് കർണ്ണാടകയിലെ മംഗലുരു ആസ്ഥാനമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കോർപറേഷൻ ബാങ്ക്(Corporation Bank).

കോർപറേഷൻ ബാങ്കും ആന്ധ്ര ബാങ്കും യൂണിയൻ ബാങ്കിൽ ലയിപ്പിക്കുമെന്ന് 2019 ആഗസ്ത് 30 ന് കേന്ദ്ര ധനമന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.[5][6] ലയനം ആന്ധ്ര ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഡയറക്ടർ ബോർഡ് 2019 സെപ്തംബര് 13 ന് അംഗീകരിച്ചു.[7][8] 2020 മാർച്ച് 4 ന് ഈ ലയനം കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിസഭ അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും ഏപ്രിൽ 1 ന് നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.[9]
