അമാൻഡ ലോറ ബൈൻസ് (ജനനം: ഏപ്രിൽ 3, 1986) ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ അഭിനേത്രിയാണ്. 1990 കളിലും 2000 കളിലും ടെലിവിഷനിലും ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളിലും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചതിലൂടെ അവർ പ്രശസ്തയാണ്.[1][2]
1990 കളുടെ അവസാനത്തിലും 2000 കളുടെ തുടക്കത്തിലും നിക്കലോഡിയൻ ചാനലിന്റെ ഓൾ ദാറ്റ് (1996–2000) എന്ന സ്കെച്ച് കോമഡി പരമ്പരയിലൂടെയും അതിന്റെ ഉപോൽപ്പന്നമായ ദി അമാൻഡാ ഷോയിലൂടെയും (1999–2002) ഒരു ബാലതാരമായാണ് അമാൻഡ ബൈൻസ് ശ്രദ്ധേയയായത്. 2002 മുതൽ 2006 വരെ, WBയുടെ വാട്ട് ഐ ലൈക്ക് എബൌട്ട് യു എന്ന ഹാസ്യപരമ്പരയിൽ ഹോളി ടൈലർ എന്ന കഥാപാത്രമായി ബൈൻസ് അഭിനയിച്ചു. ബിഗ് ഫാറ്റ് ലയറിൽ (2002) കെയ്‌ലി എന്ന കഥാപാത്രമായി അഭിനയിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ചലച്ചിത്ര രംഗത്ത് അരങ്ങേറ്റംകുറിച്ച് ബൈൻസ് പിന്നീട് വാട്ട് എ ഗേൾ വാണ്ട്സ് (2003), ഷീ ഈസ് ദി മാൻ (2006), ഹെയർസ്പ്രേ (2007) സിഡ്നി വൈറ്റ് (2007), ഈസി എ (2010) എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെ നിരവധി വിജയകരമായ സിനിമകളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു.[3]

1986 ഏപ്രിൽ 3 ന്[4] കാലിഫോർണിയയിലെ തൌസന്റ് ഓക്‌സിൽ ഡെന്റൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റും ഓഫീസ് മാനേജരുമായ ലിന്നിന്റേയും (മുമ്പ്, ഓർഗൻ) ദന്തഡോക്ടറായ റിക്ക് ബൈൻസിന്റേയും മൂന്ന് മക്കളിൽ ഇളയവളായി അമാൻഡ് ബൈൻസ് ജനിച്ചു.[5] കത്തോലിക്കാ വിശ്വാസിയായ പിതാവ് ഐറിഷ്, ലിത്വാനിയൻ, പോളിഷ് വംശജനാണ്.[6] ജൂത മതവിശ്വാസിയായ മാതാവ് പോളണ്ട്, റഷ്യ, റൊമാനിയ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള കനേഡിയൻ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മകളായി ജനിച്ചു.[7][8]
