വടക്ക്-കിഴക്കൻ പാകിസ്താനിലെ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും പാകിസ്താനിലും സജീവമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പാകിസ്താൻ അനുകൂല തീവ്രവാദ സംഘടനയാണ് ഹിസ്ബുൾ മുജാഹിദ്ദീൻ (അറബിക്: حزب المجاھدین, izizb al-Mujāhidīn).  പാകിസ്താനുമായി ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിനെ സംയോജിപ്പിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു. 1989 ൽ രൂപവത്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഹിസ്ബുൾ മുജാഹിദീൻ കശ്മീരിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഭീകര സംഘടനയാണ്.

ചരിത്രം

ഐ‌എസ്‌ഐയുടെ പിന്തുണയോടെ 1989 സെപ്റ്റംബറിൽ മുഹമ്മദ് അഹ്സാൻ ദാർ ആണ് ഹിസ്ബുൾ മുജാഹിദ്ദീൻ സ്ഥാപിച്ചത്. ഇതിന്റെ ആസ്ഥാനം ആസാദ് കശ്മീരിലെ മുസാഫറാബാദിലാണ് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. പാകിസ്താന്റെ തലസ്ഥാനമായ ഇസ്ലാമാബാദിലാണ് ഒരു ലൈസൻസ് ഓഫീസ് പരിപാലിക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്ത്യ, യുസ് എന്നിവരാണ് ഈ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനെ തീവ്രവാദ ഗ്രൂപ്പായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ പാകിസ്താനിൽ ഇത് സജീവമായി തന്നെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.

പാക് ചാര സംഘടനായ ഐഎസ്‌ഐയുടെ നിർദ്ദേശ പ്രകാരം ജമാഅത്തെ ഇസ്ലാമിയുടെ കശ്മീർ ഘടകമാണ് ഹിസ്ബുൾ മുജാഹിദിന് രൂപം കൊടുക്കുന്നത്. ഹിസ്ബുളിന്റെ ആദ്യത്തെ മേധാവിയും കൊടും ഭീകരവാദിയുമായിരുന്ന അഹ്‌സൻ ധർ തങ്ങളെ വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചത് തന്നെ 'ജമാഅത്തിനെ ഉയർത്തിപ്പിടിച്ച പടവാൾ' എന്നായിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് നടന്ന എണ്ണമറ്റ തീവ്രവാദി ആക്രമണങ്ങളിൽ ജമാഅത്തെ ഇസ്ലാമി തങ്ങളുടെ സായുധ വിഭാഗമായ ഹിസ്ബുളിനെ ഒളിഞ്ഞും തെളിഞ്ഞും സഹായിച്ചുകൊണ്ടേയിരുന്നു. കശ്മീരിൽ നടന്ന നിരവധി സ്ഫോടനങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഈ ഭീകര സംഘടന ഏറ്റെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

സൈന്യവുമായുള്ള ഏറ്റുമുട്ടൽ

ജമ്മു കാശ്മീരിലെ അനന്ത്‌നാഗ് ജില്ലയിൽ സുരക്ഷാ സേനയുമായുണ്ടായ ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലിൽ ഹിസ്ബുൾ തലവൻ  ബർഹാൻ മുസാഫർ വാനിയടക്കം മൂന്നു ഭീകരർ 2016 ൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.

ഭീകരസംഘടനയായി ഉള്ള പ്രഖ്യാപനം 

അമേരിക്ക ഹിസ്ബുൾ മുജാഹിദീനെ ഭീകര സംഘടനയായി 2017 ൽ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. ഹിസ്ബുൾ തലവൻ സയിദ് സലാഹുദീനെ ആഗോള ഭീകരനായി നേരത്തെ അമേരിക്ക പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നു.
