ഹിയൂമ (US: /ˈhiːʊmɑː, ˈhiːəmɑː/,[2][3] Finnish: [ˈhiːumɑː]) എസ്റ്റോണിയയിലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ വലിയ ദ്വീപാണ്. ഇത് ബാൾട്ടിക് കടലിലെ പടിഞ്ഞാറൻ എസ്റ്റോണിയൻ ദ്വീപസമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. 989 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ വിസ്തീർണ്ണമുള്ള ഇത് എസ്റ്റോണിയൻ പ്രധാന കരയിൽനിന്ന് ഏകദേശം 22 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയായി സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു. ദ്വീപിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പട്ടണം കാർഡ്ല ആണ്. ഇത് ഹിയു കൗണ്ടിയിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു.[4][5]
