സനാഗ നദി (മുമ്പ് ജർമ്മൻ: സന്നാഗ) കിഴക്കൻ മേഖലയിലും മധ്യമേഖലയിലും ലിറ്ററൽ മേഖലയിലുമായി സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന കാമറൂണിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ നദിയാണ്. ഡിജെറം, ലോം നദികളുടെ സംഗമസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിന്ന് ഏകദേശം 603 കിലോമീറ്റർ (375 മൈൽ) ആണ് ഇതിന്റെ നീളം. സനാഗ-ഡിജെറം നദികൾ ചേർന്നുള്ള ആകെ നീളം ഏകദേശം 1,067.5 കി.മീ (663.3 മൈൽ) ആണ്. 464.5 കിലോമീറ്റർ നീളമുള്ള ഡിജെറം നദി സനാഗ നദിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും നീളമേറിയ പോഷകനദിയാണ്.

സനാഗ നദിയുടെ ഉറവിടം അദാമാവ പീഠഭൂമിയിലാണ്.^[2] കിഴക്കൻ മേഖലയുടെ വടക്ക് ഭാഗത്ത്, ഡിജെറം നദിയും ലോം നദിയും സംഗമിച്ചാണ് ഇത് രൂപപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഡിജെറം നദിയുടെ ആകെ നീളം 464.5 കിലോമീറ്ററും (288.6 മൈൽ) ലോം നദിയുടെ ആകെ നീളം 424.2 കിലോമീറ്ററും (263.6 മൈൽ) ആണ്. ഉത്ഭവി നദികൾ കൂടാതെ, സനാഗയുടെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പോഷകനദി 548 കിലോമീറ്റർ (341 മൈൽ) നീളമുള്ള എംബാം നദിയാണ്.^[3]
