ആദ്യകാലം
[തിരുത്തുക]ന്യൂജേഴ്സിയിലെ ചെറി ഹിൽ ടൌൺഷിപ്പിൽ ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ പിതാവിന്റെയും സ്കോട്ടിഷ് മാതാവിന്റെയും മകളായി ലോറൻ സ്റ്റോർഹോം എന്ന പേരിലാണ് കോഹൻ ജനിച്ചത്.[5][6] ന്യൂജേഴ്സിയിൽ വളർന്ന അവർ ഒരു വർഷം ജോർജിയയിൽ ചെലവഴിച്ചു.[7][8][9][10] പതിമൂന്ന് വയസ്സുള്ളപ്പോൾ, കുടുംബം അമ്മയുടെ ജന്മനാടായ യുണൈറ്റഡ് കിംഗ്ഡത്തിലേക്ക് താമസം മാറി[11] ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടിലെ സറേയിൽ സ്ഥിരതാമസമാക്കി.[12]
