ആദ്യകാലജീവിതം[തിരുത്തുക]
ലിൻഡ മെൽസൺ ഹാരിസൺ, മേരിലാൻറിലെ ബെർലിനിൽ ജനിച്ചു. ഒരു നഴ്സറി ഇസാക്ക് ബർബേജ് (1907-1989), ഇഡ വിർജീനിയ മെൽസൺ (1914–2010) എന്നിവരുടെ അഞ്ചു പുത്രിമാരിൽ മൂന്നാമത്തെയാളായിരുന്നു അവർ. കെയ്, ഗ്ലോറിയ എന്നിങ്ങനെ മൂത്ത രണ്ടു സഹോദരിമാർക്കും ജെയിൻ, ജോവാൻ എന്നിങ്ങനെ രണ്ടു ഇളയ സഹോദരിമാർക്കും ഇടയിലുള്ള കുട്ടിയായിരുന്നു അവർ.[1][2]
