രൺവീർ സേന
ബീഹാറിലെ സവർണ്ണ ഹിന്ദുജന്മികളായ ഭൂമിഹർമാരുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള ഒരു സായുധ ഭീകര സംഘടനയാണ് രൺവീർ സേന.[1] ഉത്തർ പ്രദേശ്, ബീഹാർ , ഝാർഖണ്ഡ്, മദ്ധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ ബുണ്ടേൽഖണ്ട് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലുള്ള സവർണ്ണ ഹിന്ദുബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരായ ഭൂജന്മിമാരാണ് ഭൂമിഹർ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്.[2][3][4][5][6][7] താഴ്ന്ന ജാതിക്കാരായ ദളിതർക്കെതിരെ നടത്തപ്പെട്ട അക്രമങ്ങളുടേയും മനുഷ്യാവകശ ധ്വംസനങ്ങളുടേയും പേരിൽ ഭൂമിഹർമാരുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള രൺവീർ സേന ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.[8] ഇക്കാരണം കൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ഭാരത സർക്കാർ രൺവീർ സേനയെ ഭീകര സംഘടനകളുടെ പട്ടികയിലുൾപ്പെടുത്തി.[9]
ചരിത്രം
[തിരുത്തുക]1994-ൽ ബീഹാറിലെ ബോജ്പൂർ ജില്ലയിൽ രൂപം കൊണ്ട രൺവീർ സേനയെ ദളിതർക്കും പട്ടികജാതിക്കാർക്കുമെന്തിരായി നടത്തിയ അക്രമം കാരണമായി 1995 ജൂലൈയിൽ ബീഹാർ സർക്കാർ നിരോധിച്ചു.[10] എന്നാൽ നിരോധനം നിലനിൽക്കെ തന്നെ രൺവീർ സേനയുടെ ദലിത് ആക്രമണങ്ങൾ തുടർന്നുവന്നു.[1] ഉത്തരേന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും ശക്തിയുള്ള സ്വകാര്യസേനയാണ് രൺവീർ സേനയെന്ന് വിലയിരുത്തപ്പെടുന്നു.[11]:2209–2210 ദലിതരെ കൂടാതെ നക്സലൈറ്റുകളേയും രൺവീർ സേന ശത്രുക്കളായിക്കാണുന്നു.
ഉപ സംഘടനകൾ
[തിരുത്തുക]സവർണ്ണ ജാതിക്കാരുടെ സാമൂഹികവം സാമ്പത്തികവുമായ ഉന്നമനം ലക്ഷ്യം വച്ച് രൺവീർ കിസാൻ മഹാസംഘ് എന്ന പേരിലും സവർണ്ണ വനിതകൾക്കായി രൺവീർ മഹിളാ സംഘ് എന്ന പേരിലും രൺവീർ സേനക്ക് ഉപ ഘടകങ്ങളുണ്ട്.[12] രൺവീർ മഹിളാ സംഘത്തിലെ അംഗങ്ങളായ സവർണ്ണ വനിതകൾക്ക് സായുധ പരിശീലനവും നൽകപ്പെടുന്നു.[12]
നേതാക്കൾ
[തിരുത്തുക]ഈ സായുധസംഘത്തിന്റെ തലവനായിരുന്ന ബ്രഹ്മേശ്വർ സിംഗ് മുഖിയയെ പിടികൂടുന്നവർക്ക് അധികാരികൾ 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ പാരിതോഷികം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നു.എന്നാൾ 2002 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 29-ൻ കൂട്ടക്കൊലകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള നിരവധി ക്രിമിനൽ കുറ്റങ്ങൾ ചുമത്തി ഇയാളെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു.[13] പിന്നീട് ശംസേർ ബഹാദുർ സിംഗും ഭുവാർ ഠാകൂറും ഇതിന്റെ നേതാക്കളായി.
ആരോപണങ്ങൾ
[തിരുത്തുക]ദലിത് ജനസംഖ്യ കുറക്കാനെന്ന പേരിൽ ഗർഭിണികളായ ദലിത് സ്ത്രീകളേയും കുട്ടികളേയും ആക്രമണ സമയത്ത് ഈ സവർണ്ണസേന ഉന്നം വച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്ന് മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.[10][14]
