പാറ്റേണുകളിൽ ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പൂക്കൾ കൊണ്ട് നിർമ്മിച്ച ഒരു പരവതാനി ആണ് ഫ്ലവർ കാർപെറ്റ്[i] . ലോകമെമ്പാടുമുള്ള പല സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും ഫ്ലവർ കാർപെറ്റ് ഇവന്റുകൾ നടക്കുന്നു.[1] ബ്രസ്സൽസിലെ ഫ്ലവർ കാർപെറ്റ് ബിനാലെയാണ് ഏറ്റവും പ്രശസ്തമായ ഫ്ലവർ കാർപെറ്റ് ഇവന്റുകൾ.[2] ഇതിഹാസ രാജാവായ മഹാബലിയെ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കേരളത്തിലെ ഓണാഘോഷത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് പുഷ്പ പരവതാനികൾ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നു. ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പുഷ്പ പരവതാനിക്കുള്ള ഗിന്നസ് വേൾഡ് റെക്കോർഡ് മെക്സിക്കോയിലെ ജാർഡിൻസ് ആണ്. അവിടെ 18,000 m2 പുഷ്പ പരവതാനി 2018 ഡിസംബർ 8 ന് നിർമ്മിച്ചു.[3]
