Adds the including page to the [[:Category:{{{1}}}]] category, only if the page is in the ഉപയോക്താവ്: namespace or the ഉപയോക്താവിന്റെ സംവാദം: namespace. If a second argument is provided, it will be used as the category sort key, otherwise the {{PAGENAME}} will be used.
