ഫലകം:ISO 639 name sw is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code sw, for example: {{Translated page |sw |name of page at Swahili Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Swahili Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Swahili Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |sw}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|sw| some text in Swahili}} wraps the text with <span lang="sw"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Swahili-language text. Also available is {{Lang-sw |some text in Swahili}} which displays as Swahili: some text in Swahili.
- {{R from other language|sw|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Swahili-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|sw}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Swahili-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
