Usage

ഫലകം:ISO 639 name eu is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.

It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code eu, for example: {{Translated page |eu |name of page at Basque Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Basque Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Basque Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |eu}}).

Former usage

The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.

• {{Lang|eu| some text in Basque}} wraps the text with <span lang="eu"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Basque-language text. Also available is {{Lang-eu |some text in Basque}} which displays as Basque: some text in Basque.
• {{R from other language|eu|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Basque-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
• {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|eu}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Basque-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
