Bush-related navigation templates

Articles about George W. Bush are organized into several themes. Because of the large number of articles involved, full navigation is split among two navboxes:

• {{George W. Bush}} as a generic presidential biography template
• {{GW Bush cabinet}} lists the cabinet members in both of Bush's administrations

Duplication of contents across each of those should be avoided.

There is also a navigation sidebar, {{George W. Bush series}}, which should only include a selection of the most relevant articles.

To change this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:
