പർവാൻ (Dari/Pashto: پروان), അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാനിലെ 34 പ്രവിശ്യകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്. ഏകദേശം 751,000 ആണ് ഈ പ്രവിശ്യയിലെ ജനസംഖ്യ.[1] ബഹു-വംശീയതയുള്ള ഈ പ്രവിശ്യ മിക്കവാറും ഒരു ഗ്രാമീണ സമൂഹമാണ്. പ്രവിശ്യ പത്ത് ജില്ലകളായി വിഭജിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ചാരിക്കർ നഗരം ഈ പ്രവിശ്യുടെയ തലസ്ഥാനമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. ഈ പ്രവിശ്യ കാബൂൾ പ്രവിശ്യയുടെ വടക്കും ബാഗ്ലാൻ പ്രവിശ്യയുടെ തെക്കും, പഞ്ച്ഷീർ, കപീസ പ്രവിശ്യകൾക്ക് പടിഞ്ഞാറും വാർഡാക്, ബാമിയാൻ പ്രവിശ്യകൾക്ക് കിഴക്കുമായി സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു.
