കിഴക്കൻ ജോർജ്ജിയയിലെ ഒരു പട്ടണമാണ് ഗോറി- Gori (Georgian: გორი [ɡɔri]) . ഷിദ കാർട്‌ലി പ്രവിശ്യയുടെ തലസ്ഥാന നഗരമാണ് ഈ പട്ടണം. ജോർജിയൻ ഗോറ എന്ന പേരിൽ നിന്നാണ് ഈ വാക്ക് ഉത്ഭവിച്ചത്. കുന്ന് , മല എന്നീ അർത്ഥത്തിലാണ് ഈ വാക്ക് അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്.[2]
