പീറ്റർ ഫ്ലെമിങ്
റോബർട്ട് പീറ്റർ ഫ്ലെമിങ്, OBE (ജീവിതകാലം 31 മെയ് 1907 – 18 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 1971) ഒരു ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സാഹസിക യാത്രക്കാരനും സഞ്ചാര സാഹിത്യകാരനുമായിരുന്നു.[1] ജയിംസ് ബോണ്ട് എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തിൻറെ സ്രഷ്ടാവായ ഇയാൻ ഫ്ലെമിങിൻറെ മൂത്ത സഹോദരനായിരുന്നു റോബർട്ട് പീറ്റർ ഫ്ലെമിങ്.

ഒരു അഭിഭാഷകനും എം.പി.യുമായിരുന്ന വാലൻറൈൻ ഫ്ലെമിങ്ങിൻറെ നാലുമക്കളിലൊരാളായിരുന്നു റോബർട്ട് പീറ്റർ ഫ്ലെമിങ്. 1917 ലെ ഒരു സംഭവത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹം കൊല്ലപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു. പീറ്റർ ഫ്ലെമിങ്ങിൻറെ ഇളയ സഹോദനാണ് ജയിംസ് ബോണ്ട് കഥാപാത്രത്തെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതിലൂടെ പ്രശസ്തനായ ഇയാൻ ഫ്ലെമിങ്. പീറ്റർ ഫ്ലെമിങ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ചെയ്തത് എറ്റണിലായിരുന്നു. അവിടെവച്ച് "Eton College Chronicle" എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.1935 ൽ അദ്ദേഹം "Brief Encounter " and "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie" എന്നീ ചിത്രങ്ങളിലൂടെ പ്രശസ്തയായിരുന്ന നടിയായ സെലിയ ജോൺസണെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു (1908–1982).
