നിപിഗൺ തടാകം (/ˈnɪpɪɡɑːn/; French: lac Nipigon; Ojibwa: Animbiigoo-zaaga'igan) ഗ്രേറ്റ് ലേക്സ് ഡ്രെയിനേജ് ബേസിൻറെ ഭാഗമായ ഒരു തടാകമാണ്. കനേഡിയൻ പ്രവിശ്യയായ ഒണ്ടാറിയോയുടെ അതിർത്തിക്കുള്ളിലായി സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ തടാകമാണിത്.
