2010 മെയ് 3-ന്, ലണ്ടനിലെ സെന്റ് പോൾസ് കത്തീഡ്രലിൽ വെച്ച് സാൻഡേഴ്സൺ മുൻ ജൂഡോ ഒളിമ്പ്യൻ ഡെൻസിൻ വൈറ്റിനെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു. വധുവിൻറെ ആൾക്കാർ സഹ ഒളിമ്പിക് ടീമംഗങ്ങളായ ഷാരോൺ ഡേവീസ്, കെല്ലി ഹോംസ്, ക്രിസ്റ്റിൻ ഒഹുറൂഗു എന്നിവരായിരുന്നു.[12] 50 വയസ്സായപ്പോഴേക്കും അവൾക്ക് മൂന്ന് വിട്രോ ഫെർട്ടിലൈസേഷൻ ചികിത്സകൾ വിജയിച്ചില്ല. സാൻഡേഴ്സണും വൈറ്റും 2013-ൽ നാല് മാസം പ്രായമുള്ള ഇരട്ടകളായ കാസിയസ്, റൂബി മേ എന്നിവരെ വളർത്താൻ തുടങ്ങി. അതിനടുത്ത വർഷം സാൻഡേഴ്സൺ 58 വയസ്സുള്ളപ്പോൾ അവരെ ദത്തെടുത്തു.[4][13] അവരുടെ അനന്തരവൻ, ഡിയോൺ സാൻഡേഴ്സൺ, 2019 ഒക്ടോബറിൽ വോൾവർഹാംപ്ടൺ വാണ്ടറേഴ്സിനൊപ്പം അരങ്ങേറ്റം കുറിച്ച ഒരു ഫുട്ബോൾ കളിക്കാരനാണ്.
