ടിബറ്റൻ മകാകു (Macaca thibetana) Chinese stump-tailed macaque or Milne-Edwards' macaque ചൈനയിലെ കിഴക്കൻ ടിബറ്റിലും ഷാങ്സിയിലും കാണപ്പെടുന്നു. വടക്കുകിഴക്കൻ ഇന്ത്യയിലും ഇതിനെ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളതായി റിപ്പോറ്ട്ടുണ്ട്. 800 മുതൽ 2500 മീറ്റർ വരെ ഉയരമുള്ള ഇലപൊഴിയാത്തതോ ഇല പൊഴിയുന്നതോ ആയ വനപ്രദേശങ്ങളിലാണിതിനെ സാധാരണ കാണുക.
