ബോളിവുഡ് ചലച്ചിത്രനടിയാണ് ജെനീലിയ ഡിസൂസ (ജനനം: ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 5, 1987) . ഹിന്ദി കൂടാതെ തമിഴ്, തെലുങ്ക്, കന്നട,മലയാളം എന്നീ ഭാഷകളിൽ ജെനീലിയ അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ആദ്യകാലം
[തിരുത്തുക]ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മുംബൈയിൽ ജനിച്ച ജെനീലിയ ഡിസൂസ മംഗലാപുരം കത്തോലിക്കാ വിശ്വാസിയാണ്.[3][4] മുംബൈയിലെ ബാന്ദ്ര പ്രാന്തപ്രദേശത്താണ് അവർ വളർന്നത്. അമ്മ ജീനറ്റ് ഡിസൂസ ഫാർമ മൾട്ടിനാഷണൽ കോർപ്പറേഷന്റെ മാനേജിംഗ് ഡയറക്ടറായിരുന്നു. ഡിസൂസയെ തന്റെ കരിയറിൽ സഹായിക്കാൻ 2004 ൽ അവർ ജോലി ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു. അച്ഛൻ നീൽ ഡിസൂസ ടാറ്റ കൺസൾട്ടൻസി സർവീസസിലെ മുതിർന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനാണ്.[5] ബോംബെ സ്റ്റോക്ക് എക്സ്ചേഞ്ചിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന നിഗൽ ഡിസൂസ എന്ന ഇളയ സഹോദരനുണ്ട്.[6][7][8]
അഭിനയജീവിതം
[തിരുത്തുക]2003 ലാണ് തുജെ മേരി കസം എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ റിതേഷ് ദേശ്മുഖിന്റെ നായികയായി ആദ്യ ചിത്രത്തിൽ അഭിനയിക്കുന്നത്. അതിനു ശേഷം തെന്നിന്ത്യൻ ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ ചെലുത്തി. ചില പരസ്യ ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അമിതാഭ് ബച്ചൻ, പ്രസിദ്ധ ക്രിക്കറ്റ് താരമായ കൃഷ്ണമാചാരി ശ്രീകാന്ത് എന്നിവരോടൊപ്പം അഭിനയിച്ചു. തെലുങ്കിൽ ചില ചിത്രങ്ങളിലും ജെനീലിയ അഭിനയിച്ചു.
2004 ൽ തമിഴ് രംഗത്തേക്ക് തിരിച്ചു വരികയും വിജയിനോടൊപ്പം മസ്തി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് 2007 ൽ മേരെ ബാപ് പെഹ്ലെ ആപ് എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ ബോളിവുഡ് രംഗത്തേക്ക് തിരിച്ചു വന്നു. 2008 ൽ ഇറങ്ങിയ ജാനെ തു യാ ജാനെ ന എന്ന ചിത്രം യുവാക്കളുടെ ഇടക്ക് ഒരു വൻ വിജയ ചിത്രമായിരുന്നു. ഇമ്രാൻ ഖാൻ എന്ന പുതുമുഖ നായകന്റെ ഒപ്പം അഭിനയിച്ച ഈ ചിത്രം ഇന്ത്യയിലെങ്ങും വിജയമായിരുന്നു.[9]
