സുഡാനിലെ തുറമുഖ നഗരമായ പോർട്ട് സുഡാനിലുള്ള ഒരു പൊതു സർവകലാശാലയാണ് ചെങ്കടൽ സർവ്വകലാശാല(അറബി: جامعة البحر الأحمر, Jām'ah al-Baḥr al-aḥmar). 1994-ലാണ് ഇത് സ്ഥാപിതമാകുന്നത്[2].
