ഗ്രീൻ ബേ നഗരം വിസ്കോൺസിൻ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൻറെ കിഴക്കു ഭാഗത്തായി ഫോക്സ് നദീമുഖത്താണ് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇന്റർസ്റ്റേറ്റ് 43 പാത, മിൽവാക്കിക്ക് ഏകദേശം 90 മൈൽ (140 കിലോമീറ്റർ) വടക്ക് ഭാഗത്തുവച്ച് ഇന്റർസ്റ്റേറ്റ് 41 (യു.എസ്. റൂട്ടും 41) പാതയുമായി സന്ധിക്കുന്നു.
അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ സെൻസസ് ബ്യൂറോയുടെ കണക്കുകൾപ്രകാരം, 55.76 ചതുരശ്ര മൈൽ (144.41 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ) വിസ്തീർണ്ണമുള്ള നഗരത്തിൻറെ 45.48 ചതുരശ്ര മൈൽ (117.79 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ) കരഭൂമിയും 10.28 ചതുരശ്ര മൈൽ (26.62 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ) പ്രദേശം ജലഭാഗവുമാണ്. ഗ്രീൻ ബേ നഗരത്തിന്റെ ഏകദേശം 14 ശതമാനത്തോളം ഭാഗം വിസ്കോൺസിൻ റിസർവേഷനിലെ ഒനിഡ നേഷൻറെ ഉള്ളിലാണ് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്.
