ഗോൾഡൻ-ക്യാപ്പെഡ് പരക്കീറ്റ് (Aratinga auricapillus) ബ്രസീലിലും പരാഗ്വേയിലും കണ്ടെത്തിയ സിറ്റാസിഡേ കുടുംബത്തിലെ തത്തകളുടെ ഒരു സ്പീഷീസാണ്. ഉഷ്ണമേഖലയിലും, ഉപോ-ഉഷ്ണമേഖലയിലും കാണപ്പെടുന്ന വരണ്ട വനങ്ങളിലും, ഉഷ്ണമേഖലയിലും, ഉപോ-ഉഷ്ണമേഖലയിലും കാണപ്പെടുന്ന ഈർപ്പമുള്ള താഴ്ന്ന വനങ്ങളിലും, വരണ്ട സാവന്നകളിലും, തോട്ടങ്ങളിലുമാണ് ഇവ വാസസ്ഥലമൊരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആവാസവ്യവസ്ഥ നഷ്ടമാകുന്നതിനാൽ ഇവ വംശനാശ ഭീഷണിയിലാണ്.

[തിരുത്തുക]30 സെന്റിമീറ്റർ (12 ഇഞ്ച്) നീളവും പച്ചനിറത്തിലുള്ള കറുത്ത കൊക്ക്, വെളുത്ത ഐറിംഗുകൾ, ഓറഞ്ച്-ചുവപ്പ് വയറ്, ചുവന്ന മുഖം എന്നിവ കിരീടത്തിന് മുകളിൽ മങ്ങിയ മഞ്ഞനിറം[2] .
