ഖൈറുദ്ദീൻ ബിൻ മുഹമ്മദ് യൂസഫ് (Khairuddin bin Mohamed Yusof)(ജനനം 30 ജൂലൈ 1939 മലേഷ്യയിലെ പെരാക്കിൽ ) മലയ സർവകലാശാലയിലെ എമെരിറ്റസ് പ്രൊഫസറാണ് . 2004-ൽ സർവ്വകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് എമിരിറ്റസും 1998-ൽ മലേഷ്യയിലെ പെരാക്ക് രാജാവിൽ നിന്ന് " ഡാറ്റോ പാദുക" എന്ന പദവി കൊണ്ടുവരുന്ന ദർജ ഡാറ്റോ പാദുക കുര സിമഞ്ജ കിനി (DPCM) എന്ന പദവിയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ലഭിച്ചു.

മലയ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ കരിയർ[തിരുത്തുക]

1972 മുതൽ 1997 വരെ 25 വർഷം ഖൈറുദ്ദീൻ സർവകലാശാലയിൽ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ അദ്ധ്യാപകനായി ഔദ്യോഗിക ജീവിതം ആരംഭിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം പിന്നീട് 1986-ൽ ഫാക്കൽറ്റി ഓഫ് മെഡിസിൻ ഡീനായി സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം ലഭിച്ചു. അതേ വർഷം, 1989 വരെ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി വൈസ് ചാൻസലറായും (സാമ്പത്തിക വികസനം) നിരവധി തവണ ആക്ടിംഗ് വൈസ് ചാൻസലറായും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. മലേഷ്യ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ഒബ്‌സ്റ്റട്രിക്‌സ് ആൻഡ് ഗൈനക്കോളജി വിഭാഗം മേധാവിയും വിരമിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് സോഷ്യൽ ഒബ്‌സ്റ്റട്രിക്‌സ് ആൻഡ് ഗൈനക്കോളജി പ്രൊഫസറുമായിരുന്നു.

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം[തിരുത്തുക]

1964-ൽ സിഡ്‌നി യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്ന് ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് മെഡിസിൻ ആൻഡ് സർജറിയിൽ (എംബിബിഎസ്) ബിരുദം നേടിയ ഖൈറുദ്ദീൻ 1972-ൽ റോയൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ഒബ്‌സ്റ്റട്രീഷ്യൻസ് ആൻഡ് ഗൈനക്കോളജിസ്റ്റിൽ അംഗമായി.

സംഭാവനകൾ[തിരുത്തുക]

തന്റെ കരിയറിൽ ഉടനീളം, ഖൈറുദ്ദീൻ അക്കാദമിക്, സാമൂഹിക ജീവിതം, സ്ത്രീകളുടെയും കുട്ടികളുടെയും വികസനം, ആരോഗ്യം എന്നിവയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നിരവധി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കാത്തതുമായ ജേണലുകളും പുസ്തകങ്ങളും എഴുതിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അദ്ദേഹം നിരവധി ക്ഷേമ, കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി സേവനങ്ങളിൽ ഏർപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്, അവയിൽ "സാങ് കാൻസിൽ" ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

അദ്ദേഹം ഇപ്പോൾ ടെലിമെഡിസിൻ മലേഷ്യയുടെ (വേൾഡ് കെയർ ഹെൽത്ത്, മലേഷ്യ) ഡയറക്ടറായി സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നു, ഒരു പബ്ലിക് ലിസ്‌റ്റഡ് കമ്പനിയുടെ നോൺ-എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്‌ടറായി സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നു, കൂടാതെ പെരാക് റോയൽ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലെ അക്കാദമിക് അഡൈ്വസർ സ്ഥാനത്തുനിന്നും വിരമിച്ചു.
