വെസ്റ്റ്ബാങ്കിലെ ചരിത്ര പ്രസിദ്ധവും പുരാവസ്തുക്കൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നതുമായ ഒരു പ്രദേശമാണ് ഖുംറാൻ. Qumran (ഹീബ്രു: חירבת קומראן, അറബി: خربة قمران - Khirbet Qumran). ചാവുകടലിന്റെ തീരത്തുള്ള ഈ പ്രദേശത്തുനിന്ന് ലഭിച്ച ചരിത്രരേഖകളായ ചാവുകടൽ ചുരുളുകൾ ഖുംറാൻ രേഖകൾ എന്ന പേരിലും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.
