വിചാരണ കൂടാതെ തടങ്കലിൽ വെച്ചതിൽ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് ഇസ്രായേലിൽ 87 ദിവസത്തെ നിരാഹാര സമരത്തിന് ശേഷം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ഒരു ഫലസ്തീൻ പ്രവർത്തകനും തടവുകാരനുമായിരുന്നു ഖാദർ അദ്‌നാൻ മുഹമ്മദ് മൂസ (അറബിക്: خضر عدنان محمد موسى; 24 മാർച്ച് 1978 - 2 മേയ് 2023) . ഭരണപരമായ തടങ്കലിൽ 12 തവണ ജയിലിൽ അടയ്ക്കപ്പെട്ടു. കുറ്റാരോപണങ്ങളോ വിചാരണയോ കൂടാതെ 6 മാസത്തേക്ക് ആളുകളെ പുതുക്കാവുന്ന കാലയളവിലേക്ക് തടങ്കലിൽ വയ്ക്കാൻ ഇസ്രായേലിനെ അനുവദിക്കുന്ന നടപടിക്രമം, "പ്രാദേശിക സുരക്ഷയെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ" തുടങ്ങിയ കാരണങ്ങളാൽ ആവർത്തിച്ച് തടവിലാക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
