ലാമിയേസി കുടുംബത്തിലെ ഒരു ചെടിയാണ് കരിഞ്ചെട്ടി (Colebrookea oppositifolia). 1806 ലാണ് ആദ്യമായി ഈ ചെടിയെക്കുറിച്ച് വിവരിച്ചത്. ഇന്ത്യ, പാകിസ്ഥാൻ, നേപ്പാൾ, ഭൂട്ടാൻ, അസം, ബംഗ്ലാദേശ്, മ്യാൻമർ, തായ്ലൻഡ്, യുനാൻ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന കോൾബ്രൂക്ക ഓപോസിറ്റിഫോളിയ എന്ന ഒരു ഇനം മാത്രമേ ഇതിൽ അടങ്ങിയിട്ടുള്ളൂ.[1][2][3][4][5]
