കൊയുകുക്ക് നദി, അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ സംസ്ഥാനമായ അലാസ്കയിലെ യൂക്കോൺ നദിയുടെ ഒരു പോഷകനദിയാകുന്നു. കൊയുകുക്ക് നദിയ്ക്ക് 425 മൈൽ (684 കി.മീ.) നീളമുണ്ട്. പ്രധാന നദിയായ യൂക്കോൺ നദി, ബെറിംഗ് കടലിൽ പതിക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പായി യൂക്കോൺ നദിയിലേയ്ക്കു നിപതിക്കുന്ന അവസാനത്തെ പ്രധാന പോഷകനദിയാണ് കൊയുകുക്ക്.
