കിഴക്ക് മിഷിഗൺ തടാകം, വടക്ക് സോമേർസ് ഗ്രാമം, പടിഞ്ഞാറ് ബ്രിസ്റ്റോൾ ഗ്രാമം, തെക്ക് പ്ലസന്റ് പ്രയറി ഗ്രാമം എന്നിവയാൽ അതിർത്തി പങ്കിടുന്ന ഈ നഗരം തെക്കുകിഴക്കൻ വിസ്കോൺസിനിലാണ് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഷിക്കാഗോയിലെ യൂണിയൻ പസഫിക് നോർത്ത് മെട്രോ ലൈനിലെ അവസാന സ്റ്റോപ്പാണ് കെനോഷയിലെ പാസഞ്ചർ ട്രെയിൻ സ്റ്റേഷൻ. കെനോഷാ നഗരം മിൽവാക്കിയിൽ നിന്ന് 32 മൈൽ തെക്കും ചിക്കാഗോയിൽ നിന്ന് 49 മൈൽ വടക്കും ആയി സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു.
