കയാഡു ലോഹർ, അസമിലെ തേസ്പൂർ സ്വദേശിയാണ്, നിലവിൽ മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിലെ പൂനെയിലാണ് താമസിക്കുന്നത്. [9] കായഡു ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് കൊമേഴ്‌സ് (ബി.കോം. ) ഡിഗ്രി നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. [10]

എവൂത്ത് ടൈംസ് ഫ്രഷ് ഫേസ്, ഫൈസിന മിസ് ഇന്ത്യ, എൻഐഇഎം ന്റെ മിസ്റ്റർ & മിസ് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി. തുടങ്ങി വിവിധ സൗന്ദര്യമത്സരങ്ങളിൽ കായഡു വിജയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിവിധ മാഗസിനുകളിൽ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ അവർ വിവിധ ഫോട്ടോഷൂട്ടുകൾ നടത്തി.  രാം ബന്ധു മസാലെ, ഹിന്ദ്‌വെയർ സാനിറ്ററി വെയർ എന്നിവയുടെ ടിവി പരസ്യങ്ങളും അവർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. 2021ൽ കന്നഡ ചിത്രമായ മുഗിൽപേട്ടയിൽ നായികയായിട്ടാണ് അഭിനയരംഗത്ത് തുടക്കമിട്ടത്.
